Speed Dial Settings
Speed dial is a function that allows the user to place a call by pressing a reduced number of keys. This function is particularly useful for phone users who dial certain numbers on a regular basis. Before setting up numbers in the “Speed Dial Setting” section below, please configure the speed dialing prefix as in Features and Service Codes.
| Speed Dial Setting | 0-9. Set up a speed dialling prefix (e.g. *75) on the profile config (see section 4.1.9) and then setup up to 10 speed dial numbers (e.g. 0 == 14084325400) on the port config above. Then dialling *750 connects to you directly to the speed dial number. Note: The Speed Dial capability is only available through a PSTN phone connected to the FXS port of the device. |
