BuddyTalk Product Overview
Designed for voice-enabled work environments, the BuddyTalk speakerphone offers unprecedented flexibility in calling, ease of use, superior voice quality and high levels of security. Powered by the Amazon Alexa Voice Service (AVS), all models of the BuddyTalk family act as smart speakers, supporting a broad suite of AVS enabled features. In addition, the different members of the BuddyTalk portfolio support the following types of calling functionality:
Enterprise models
- BT200 – Supports calling services provided by VoIP service providers for Alexa for Business (A4B) as well as conferencing calling and conference management features provided by A4B
Residential/SOHO/Enterprise models
- BT100 – Supports Amazon’s free, voice-based outbound calling through their termination network partners to certain geographic areas
- BT110 – Supports call services provided by VoIP service providers using Amazon’s Alexa Communication (ACM) services to allow voice-based inbound and outbound calls to areas served by the VoIP service provider
- BT120 – Supports call services and call features provided by VoIP service providers, but does not utilize Amazon’s ACM services
