FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

INNOMEDIA PARTNERS WITH CHINESE ISP TEKSON
TO PROVIDE COST SAVINGS FOR CUSTOMERS

InfoAccel Will Provide Long-Distance Calling and Other Services over the Internet
for Tekson's China Customers

San Jose, CA and Beijing, China - May 16, 2000 - InnoMedia™, Inc., a leading supplier of Voice-over-IP (VoIP) appliances and business solutions, today announced that it has entered into a partnership agreement with Tekson, one of China's top Internet Service Providers. Tekson will offer InfoAccel™, InnoMedia's award-winning Internet telephony card, to its customers at a nominal price, in exchange for a one-year subscription to its Internet service. Users of InfoAccel can make long-distance telephone calls free of charge when calling other InfoAccel users, and they can also talk and surf the Internet simultaneously, on a single phone line. As an added value, Tekson intends to offer its customers free long distance calls to major cities within China.

"This partnership is truly a win-win for both parties," said Mr. Kai Wa Ng, chairman, CEO and co-founder of InnoMedia, Inc. "Tekson will now be able to offer its customers the benefits of voice-over-IP, including reduced or free costs for services. InnoMedia will gain tremendous exposure throughout China for its products."

Under the partnership, InnoMedia and Tekson will develop a web-based call center with click-to-call capabilities so that Tekson customers need only click on an icon to place their call. Internet gamers with InfoAccel will be able to talk while playing games by simply clicking the icon.

A unique chatting function and web site for Tekson's InfoAccel customers is also in development. InfoAccel users will be able to identify one another by a tag while chatting online so that they can move their chat from mail to voice just by clicking on the appropriate icon.

Tekson initially will make InfoAccel available to its customers in Guandong province, China, and expects to offer InfoAccel to customers throughout China over the next two to three months. The services will be marketed under Tekson's brand name, but advertising and packaging will carry the "Powered By InnoMedia" logo, promoting InnoMedia's advanced VoIP technologies.
