been named as a 1999 Product of the Year by Internet Telephony Magazine. This is the second year
that an InnoMedia product has won this award.
In announcing the award, in the category of Internet Telephony Adapter, Internet Telephony Executive
Editor Greg Galitzine recognized InnoMedia as "…looking ahead, leading the charge, and laying the
groundwork for the next generation of global telecommunications."

The plug-and-play InfoAccel combines the ease-of-use and voice quality of conventional telephones with
the cost savings and web based value added services of Internet telephony. Based on InnoMedia's
advanced patent-pending hardware-based DSP technology, InfoAccel provides a dramatic improvement
over conventional Internet telephony solutions. InfoAccel brings digital voice quality to the Internet,
minimizing the latency and echoes usually associated with VoIP telephony. Users simply plug their
conventional telephone into the card to place and receive calls with their telephone just as they normally
would on the standard telephone network. InfoAccel allows its users to place calls between InfoAccel
users over the Internet free of charge. When combined with InnoMedia's global IP telephony termination
service InnoSphere, an InfoAccel user can place calls anywhere in the world at very competitive rates. InfoAccel's unique talk and surf capabilities lets users maintain their Internet connection and continue to
browse the Web while they place calls anywhere in the world, or receive calls from other InfoAccel users.
InfoAccel will be shipping in mid-December at an SRP of $99.95 for a single card. InfoAccel will be
available directly from InnoMedia's online store, other online and catalog resellers such as Damark,
Outpost.com and TigerDirect.com, as well as VARs and System Integrators. InfoAccel requires a
Pentium based or equivalent computer with an available PCI slot, 16 MB RAM, CD-ROM, and Windows
95/98 and Windows ME, as well as a 28.8 kbps or faster Internet connection and standard touch-tone corded or cordless analog phone.
