CALLING SERVICE IN JAPAN
Joint Venture Between ISAO, Sega and InnoMedia
Allows Japanese Customers
to Make Free and Low Rate Calls to over 200 Countries
Singapore and San Jose, CA - March 08, 2001 - ISAO Corporation, one of the fastest growing service providers in Japan; Sega, a pioneer in the network gaming arena; and InnoMedia, a leading supplier of Internet telephony appliances, business solutions and services; today announced the immediate availability of the DreamCall Internet calling service. The service is offered through DreamCall Corporation, a joint venture among ISAO, Sega and InnoMedia Pte Ltd.
DreamCall's Internet telephony services are available to all PC owners in Japan simply by downloading the DreamPassport for PC v2.11 software that is available at http://www.isao.net/. Once users have completed the online registration process and downloaded the software, they can begin using the service immediately. DreamPassport for PC v2.11 enables PC-users in Japan to make calls from their PCs to a landline or cellular phone anywhere in the world at very low rates. The DreamPassport for PC v2.11 voice-over-IP (VoIP) software will also offer a suite of enhanced voice services, including free PC-to-PC calls and Instant Messaging in both a dial-up and broadband environment.
