InnoMedia to provide videophones for business
and home users
In addition to providing
the videophones, the InnoMedia solution includes highly scalable call
agents, termination gateways, network management elements and a comprehensive
provisioning system that enables true plug-and-play on complex IP terminals.
InnoMedia
signed its first agreement with VideoFone in August 2003 to provide videophones
to the Hong Kong market. Targeted at both business and residential customers,
the “Vfone” service is made available through an end-to-end
solution which originated from InnoMedia’s core technology. “Vfone”
is provided by CK Communications and Hutchison Global Communications Limited.
