Network Engineer

Responsibilities :
• Maintain global network infrastructure and provide IT services
• Setup, maintain & support various network related appliances and systems including servers, routers, switches, gateways, etc
• Provide 24x7 standby and shift duties and daily operational support to internal and external users, including performance monitoring, health checks, end-user support and documentation

Requirements :
• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or its equivalent
• Working knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems is a must
• Hands-on experience with routers, switches, databases and IP Telephony systems is essential
• Sound knowledge of network, QoS, and security principles
• Team player with good communication and problem solving skills. Able to work independently
• Proficient in Perl & shell scripting and other programming languages is an advantage
• MCSE, Cisco, or other technical certification is an advantage

Remuneration will commensurate with experience and qualifications.
